Orange and Purple are mixed-use buildings that were designed to activate a vacant block while supporting future neighborhood business. This development improved the streetscape with curb and biking cuts, new walks, new trees, and landscaped areas. The first floor commercial space is not currently occupied. This project was completed on September 15, 2016 at a cost of $7.1MM.
