Purple and Orange are mixed-use buildings that were designed to activate a vacant block while supporting future neighborhood business. This development improved the streetscape with curb and biking cuts, new walks, new trees, and landscaped areas. Walgreens Pharmacy occupies the first floor commercial space and created 5 new jobs. This project was completed on August 1, 2016 at a cost of $7.1MM.
