Spectrum Health is the largest health care firm in West Michigan. They provide high quality daycare for their employees. As a result of a merger, Spectrum found themselves with two obsolete daycare facilities. There was wasted time, effort, and two locations that were inconvenient for their employees. Third Coast found an ideal location and built Spectrum’s new facility in 5 months. This gave Spectrum the ability to consolidate both locations into one custom designed building, which resulted in a reduction of operating costs and an improvement in the environment for the children.
