By Aaron agreeing to Terms and Conditions that I’m able to edit at any time, I’m hereby requiring that:

Term 1

He gives me $1,000,000 everytime a car parks on the site.

Term 2

He agrees that I can add or edit this page as long as we’re under contract to whatever I want.
